Life is full of transitions – some arise gradually and some are forced on us by events. Coaching can help you identify the nature of the transition,  what you want out of it and the best way to achieve that objective.

I offer tailored individual coaching and workshops that address the different stages of a transition.   The transition may be driven by external events, by a new role or business opportunity or by the need to re-evaluate current progress – but all  can benefit from a structured dialogue around the underlying drivers, the options available and what has to be done to make it a success.

If you are taking on new responsibilities – within an organisation, or coming in from outside,  I can provide a tailored “transition workshop”.  This  will help you review the role, the stakeholders, the team and your own personal strengths and challenges.   From this we will create a detailed 90/180 day plan with clear visibility of the top priorities and the personal development required.    Depending on the requirement this could take place over a day or several part-days, and could be part of an overall package that included 360 assessments and ongoing coaching to address any specific development areas identified.
